Reservation is valid for the period of 5 days.

To complete your reservation, a 50% prepayment is required.

Groups can combine the reservation with drinks at the ¾ Bar.

From June 2018 to September 2018 (opening date of Centrum Praskie Koneser) parking is accessible from Nieporecka Street (entrance through construction site gates).
Paid parking on level -1 is also available (from Bialostocka street), 4 zł per hour

  1. Is photography permitted in the museum?

    You are allowed to take photos of everything you see, hovewer, filming is not permitted in the Museum.

  2. Do you provide audio guides in the museum?

    Audio guides are not available. All tours are guided by our knowledgeable guides.

  3. Is the museum wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, all of the Museum’s exhibitions are accessible by wheelchair.

  4. Can I cancel my reservation?

    Yes, you can cancel your reservation anytime. However, the 50% prepayment is non-refundable.

  5. What is the maximum group size?

    The maximum group size is 25 people.

  6. What languages are the tours in?

    The tours are guided in Polish, English, German, Russian. Tours in French, Spanish and Italian are available when booking in advance.
