To complete your reservation, a 50% prepayment is required.

For the Museum guests there is a paid parking on level -1 (entry from Białostocka street), 4 zł per hour
Parking is also located from Nieporęcka street (entry through the construction gate, after consultation with the Museum staff)

  1. Is photography permitted in the museum?

    You are allowed to take photos of everything you see, hovewer, filming is not permitted in the Museum.

  2. Do you provide audio guides in the museum?

    Audio guides are not available. All tours are guided by our knowledgeable guides.

  3. Is the museum wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, all of the Museum’s exhibitions are accessible by wheelchair.

  4. Can I cancel my reservation?

    Yes, you can cancel your reservation anytime. However, the 50% prepayment is non-refundable.

  5. What is the maximum group size?

    The maximum group size is 25 people.

  6. What languages are the tours in?

    The tours are guided in Polish and English. Tours in German, Russian, French and Spanish are available when booking in advance.
