Ticket for a specific date

The admission ticket to the Museum entitles you to enter the exhibition once, at the specified time for which it was purchased.

Up to 15 minutes before starting the tour

Individual tickets can be purchased at the Museum reception (at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour).

Please be advised that persons with online tickets purchased are required to present their tickets at the Museum reception 15 minutes before the start of the tour.

Take the evidence

To purchase a ticket at the Museum reception, it is necessary to have an identity card confirming the Guest's age.

Be on time

Please be punctual. The ticket holder who is late for the scheduled time of the tour will not be admitted to the tour.

Can I book a ticket for a tour or workshop?

You can only book a ticket with a Polish Vodka Museum voucher. Otherwise, we do not make reservations and we invite you to purchase tickets for the selected date directly

Can I enter the Museum with my dog?

We are a pet-friendly place and it is for the good of our pets that we advise against visiting our Museum in their company. An interactive exhibition full of various sounds, changing light, several different rooms and many people around do not serve the comfort of our dogs.

Can I film and photograph the exhibition at the Museum?

Pictures can be taken without restrictions, filming only with the official consent of the Museum management. If you publish photos on social networks, tag the photo #muzeumpolskiejwodki #polishvodkamuseum

Can I translate it into another language for my friend during the trip?

Translation is not possible in the case of a group led by a Guide. In such situations, we encourage you to use the museum's audio guides, available at the Museum Reception. Audioguides are available in Polish, English, Spanish, French, German, Russian and Italian.

Can I visit without a guide?

Yes, it is possible to visit with the use of audioguides. Audioguides are available at the Museum Reception in English. Polish, English, German, Russian, French, Spanish and Italian.

Can the Museum be visited with children?

The Polish Vodka Museum is a place dedicated to adults. Children may stay at the exhibition only under adult supervision and cannot take advantage of the full sightseeing offer.

How many people can a group count on a maximum of?

The group may have a maximum of 25 people, unless in exceptional circumstances the regulations of the Polish Vodka Museum provide otherwise. If the group has more than the maximum number of people, we create two separate groups that start the guided tour within 20 minutes.

I have a tight schedule. Can the trip be shorter?

It is possible to adjust the time of visiting the Museum with a Guide. Please contact reception@pvm.pl in advance

Is the Museum adapted to the needs of disabled people?

Yes, the Museum is fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

What language do the guides show?

The guides are in Polish and English. Guided tours in the following languages ​​are possible upon prior reservation: German, Russian, French and Spanish.
